There are many "types" of slaves found on Gor, most are listed on the lower half of this page.
In Ko ro ba specifically, there are four "types" of slave. Each of them is explained below.
Ko ro ba slaves
ALL slaves, will first be collared in a City collar. This is not open for discussion.
If a girl catches the eye of a particular Master, He may petition the Ubar for her to become
His property at the appropriate point in her training. There are five (5) levels of training
that a slave in Ko ro ba will follow. There are only two colors of silks used in Ko ro ba,
white and red. These colors are meant only to signify whether a slave has been "opened" for
use by men (red), or not (white). Yellow is not a color that carries any significance with
slaves of Ko ro ba.
The progression of training will be:
{KRB*}~wt~
This is the first collar a slave will wear in Ko ro ba. While in this collar, you will be
evaluated by Ubar and the trainers, to determine your level of experience on, and knowledge
of, Gor. This will determine the next collar that you wear. All slaves, regardless of
previous status on Gor will be considered a "white silk" while in this collar. In this
collar, a slave will kneel and serve in the tower position. Your time in Ko ro ba should
be spent serving (food and drinks only), doing chores or studying. The time spent in this
collar will be relatively short, anywhere from a few hours to a few days.
{KRB}~wt~
Slaves new to Gor, or with very, very little experience or training will be placed in this
collar to begin their training. In this collar a slave will continue to be classified as
a white silk slave and act accordingly....kneeling and serving in tower, serving food and
drinks only and spending the majority of his or her time doing chores or studying. The time
spent in this collar is explained in the details of silk testing.

kettle/mat
Kettle/mat slaves are those slaves that have a strong working knowledge of the basics of life
as a kajira. A kettle/mat slave has been trained in serving food, drinks and in the furs
and will serve with heat. A kettle/mat slave kneels in nadu. (Equivalent to "yellow silks"
found in other Cities or Camps.) It is at this point that a slave may be sold, or given, to
a Master.
A kettle/mat girl with some training generally goes for 4 to 20 silver tarsks.
{KRB}~R~
sa-fora
Sa-fora slaves are fully trained slaves, in serving food and drink, in the furs, dancing and
can provide minimal healing. (Equivalent to "red silks" found in other Cities or Camps.)
A sa-fora girl, well trained, is generally 2-10 double weight, gold tarn disks.
{KRB}~R~
pleasure
Pleasure slaves are the most well trained slaves in Ko ro ba. Few slaves will reach this level.
A pleasure slave is one that demonstrates, in her actions, words and attitude, the true duty
of a kajira, absolute obedience and exquisite beauty. In addition, a pleasure slave of Ko ro ba
is extremely knowledgable on all aspects of Gor, not just life in Ko ro ba. The information
that a pleasure slave is expected to know is not limited to that found on the Ko ro ba webpages.
A pleasure slave, a trained dancer or a girl with special training is generally
25-40 double weight gold tarn disks.
A detailed explanation of the testing that will be required to progress from one level to the
next can be found on the Silk Testing page.
